● Customized and perishable food items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances mentioned in this Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

● Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.

● Once preparation or packaging has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized & Personalized Orders

● Customized cakes, personalized desserts, special occasion products, and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and preparation has started.

Cancellation Requests
Customers must contact Siyona Bakers immediately for cancellation requests through official contact channels.
Siyona Bakers reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the preparation status of the order.

3. Return Policy

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, Siyona Bakers generally does not accept returns of delivered food products.
Returns may only be considered in situations where:

● The wrong product was delivered

● The product was damaged during delivery

● The product was spoiled upon delivery

● Significant quality issues are identified at the time of delivery

Customers must notify Siyona Bakers within a reasonable time after receiving the order and provide supporting photographs where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

● Order cancelled before preparation

● Failed transaction where payment was deducted but order was not confirmed

● Non-delivery of confirmed order

● Wrong item delivered

● Damaged or spoiled product delivered

● Duplicate payment made accidentally

Refund approval shall be at the sole discretion of Siyona Bakers after verification of the issue reported.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

● Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

● Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or third-party platforms.

● Cash payments may be refunded through store credit, bank transfer, or any other method determined by Siyona Bakers.

Estimated refund timelines:

● UPI/Wallets: 3–7 business days

● Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days

● Net Banking: 5–10 business days

6. Replacement Policy

Siyona Bakers may offer replacement products instead of refunds in appropriate cases, including:

● Incorrect item delivered

● Product damaged during delivery

● Missing items in the order

Replacement requests are subject to product availability and verification.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be accepted in situations including:

● Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

● Recipient unavailable at delivery location

● Minor design or decoration variations in customized cakes

● Delay caused by unavoidable circumstances beyond control
